William L. Lloyd, 72, of Solsberry passed away Friday December 11, 2015 at the IU Health Hospice House in Bloomington.

Born July 30, 1943 in Knox County, Indiana the son of Samual J. and Katrina (Thurston) Lloyd.

William worked in ordnance at Crane, he attended the Pleasant Ridge Church and loved to fish. He was a U.S. Army veteran.

Surviving relatives include his wife Nancie (Groomer) Lloyd, his children, Cindy (Larry) Polmanter, William J. (Karena Andrew) Lloyd, Shawn (Anna) Lloyd, Daniel (Donda) Lloyd, Dana (Mike) Baugh, twelve grandchildren, Jessica, Emily, Cassie, Katarina, Taylor, William Trey, Samatha, Shawnna, Daniel, Joshua, Justin, Charistole, ten great grandchildren, children, Dallas (Bethany) Parsley, Jackie (Marci) Parsley, grandchildren, Dylan, Abigael, Alexanderia, Mollie, Alexia, Kennedy and Jace, one sister Freida (Bill) Luking, one brother Cleatis Lloyd and several nieces and nephews.

William was preceded in death by his parents.

Friends may call from 11:00 A.M. on Monday until the hour of service at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield.

Services will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Monday at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield with Brother Eugene Helms officiating. Burial will follow at Ridgeport Cemetery.
