Obituary

Willadeen B. Milburn, 83, of Huntsville, Alabama, passed away Thursday, November 13, 2008 at a local hospital in Huntsville.
Willadeen was a graduate of Indiana University and an elementary school teacher in Southern Indiana for 10 years. She retired from teaching to raise her family. After the Milburn family moved to Huntsville, she worked as a sustitute teacher and later as a librarian at the Madison Square Branch of the Huntsville Public Library.
She was an active member of the Lakewood/Northminster Presbyterian Church and Hope Presbyterian Church in Alabama.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Hazel Crays, her brother, Dick Crays, and her sister, Ida Wright, all of Bloomfield.
She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Garth D. Milburn; daughter JoAnn Nelson and her husband Larry; daughter Jamie Fisher; and granddaughter, Jackie Fisher, all of Hunntsville; brother, Bill Crays of Bloomfield; two sisters, Patty Wiles of Indianapolis and Peggy Crays of Plainfield; and several nieces and nephews.
Arrangements are being handled by Spry Funeral Home of Huntsville, where the family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Sunday. Funeral services will be at Spry Funeral Chapel at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, with Rev. J. Samuel Hobson, Jr. officiating.
Local arrangements are being handled by Jenkins & Sons Funeral Home in Bloomfield, where the family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 18, 2008. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday at Jenkins & Sons Funeral Home in Bloomfield, with Rev. Billy Ed Hostettler officiating. Interment will be in Scotland cemetery.
