Wendell Glen Watkins, 84, of Bloomfield passed away Wednesday September 3, 2025 at Serenity Springs Senior Living in Jasonville.

Born April 6, 1941 in Newark, Indiana the son of Willard "Pete" Watkins and Alta "Meg" (Dilley) Watkins.

Wendell was a self-employed truck driver and farmer.

Surviving relatives include his children, Debbie (John) Thacker, Dianne (Mike) Dyer, David (Jessy) Watkins, his grandchildren, Nick (Jocelyn) Thacker, Tori Thacker, Addy Jensen, his great-grandchildren, Ashlyn, Lucas, Lexi Thacker, one brother-in-law, Don Miller and one sister-in-law, Kathy Watkins.

Wendell was preceded in death by his wife Linda L. "Kay" Watkins on August 30, 2022, one brother, Butch Watkins and sister-in-law Lois Jean Miller.

A private graveside service will be held at Edwards Cemetery in Solsberry.
