Wayne E. Michael, 86, of Bloomfield passed away Monday October 30, 2017 at IU Health Bloomington Hospital.

Wayne was the son of late Troy and Ella (Watkins) Michael.

Wayne was the owner of Michael & Sons Inc and was a Pastor for twenty-seven years, he was retired from both.

Surviving relatives include his wife Jo Anna Michael, three children, Ed (Jackie) Michael, Larry (Judy) Michael and Robin (David) Stader all of Bloomfield, seven grandchildren, Jonathon Edward Michael, Stacy Lee Thompson, Gerald Wayne Michael, Nathan Paul Michael, Christopher Dale Michael, April Howard and Cindy Howard, seven great grandchildren, one brother Marvin Michael of Bloomington and one sister Gladys Edwards of Newark.

Wayne was preceded in death by his first wife Clara Ruth Michael on August 30, 2001; three brothers, Kenny, Donnie & Danny, one sister Betty and his parents.

Friends may call from 4 to 8 P.M. on Wednesday and 10 A.M. on Thursday until the hour of service at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield.

Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield with Rev. Sam Hill officiating. Burial will follow at Grandview Cemetery.

The family wishes any donations be made to the Newark Pentecostal Church in Wayne's name.
