Terry Bernard Hudson, 77, of Solsberry, passed away on Friday, September 5, 2025 at Franciscan Health of Indianapolis.

Born February 26, 1948 in Bloomington, he was the son of Bernard Dwight and Mary Margaret (Dick) Hudson.

Terry was a Communications Engineer for the Indiana State Police. He served his country in the United States Army and the Air Force. He was a member of the Solsberry Christian Church and a Life member of the VFW. He belonged to the Amateur radio club in Bloomington.

Surviving relatives include: his wife, Elizabeth Jean (Goodrich) Hudson, whom he married January 31, 1975; his children, Terri Sue Hudson, Robbie Hudson (Sondra) and Darin Hudson (Shana); siblings, John Hudson (Freeda), Charlene Hardisty and Missy Aliano (Vincent); ten grandchildren, Elana, Quincy, Shannon, Logan, Maddy, Adam, Nate, Jonathan, Owen and Rose; seven great grandchildren, Elijah, Sienna, Brooklyn, Emery, Evander, Jovie and Hudson; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Dennis Hardisty and his parents.

Public visitation will be held from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm on Wednesday with a Celebration of Life beginning at 12:00 pm at the Solsberry Christian Church with Jim Weimer officiating.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Solsberry Christian Church or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
