Steven Lawson, 68, of Bloomington, passed away on Thursday, January 15, 2026 at Redcrest Hospice House in Bloomington.
Born May 30, 1957 in Bloomington, he was the son of Charles L. and Lena Mae (Arnold) Lawson.
Steve was retired as a self-employed truck driver.
Surviving relatives include: his children, Jeremy Lawson (Amber), Stevanie Lawson, Hollie Ridgeway (Paul) and Dustin Sparks (Felicia); his grandchildren, Brayden Harden, Steven Lawson, Gavin Lawson, Grace Ridgeway and Jacob Ridgeway.
He was preceded in death by his siblings, Robert Lawson, Jack Lawson, Darryl Lawson, Leatha McDonald, Ruth Ann Mazura and Sharon Smith.
There will be no public visitation or funeral service. Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield is in charge of arrangements.
