Stanley Wayne Jacob was born July 9, 1957 in Tuscola, Illinois in Douglas County, he passed away on July 2, 2023. He would be 66 years on Sunday July 9, 2023.

Stan was the son of Joseph E. Jacob and Joann (Burch) Jacob. Stan grew up in Arcola, Illinois and moved to Indiana in 1976 with his parents, he attended school in Arcola, he received his GED certificate on September 26, 1980 in the state of Indiana. Stan worked at many different jobs, and had been on disability for several years.

Stan is survived by his mother, Joann Jacob, five brothers, David, Rick, Jack, Steve and Tom; his nephews, Jered Jacob, Sam Jacob, Isaac Jacob, his nieces, Julie (Kevin) Dyke, Kaci Jacob, Andrea (Ivan) Garcia, Samantha (Jeff) Cummings, Cami Jacob, Kayla Fields, Savannah (Nathaniel) Scroggins, his great nephews, Logahn Sowders, Clayton Cummings, Kanyan Rowland, his great nieces, Jessah (Jordan) Stone, Cylaine Cummings, Wyla Mae Suthard, Aria Jacob, Nora Jacob, two great great nephews, Ivan Haywood and Ace Stone.

Stan was preceded in death by his father Joseph Jacob, one brother Andrew Jacob and a great nephew Jedd Cummings.

Visitation will be held on Friday from 12 P.M. until the hour of service at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield.

Services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Friday at Jenkins Funeral home in Bloomfield with Pastor Justin Berger officiating. Burial will follow at Walnut Grove Cemetery.

The family wishes any donations in Stan's name be given to Jenkins Funeral Home to help with expenses.
