Ruth "Inge" Isenogle of Avon, In. and Chesterfield, MO passed away Thursday, November 3, 2011 at St. Luke's Hospital in Chesterfield, Missouri. She was born in Wiesbaden, Germany on July 25, 1931 to the late Hans and Annamarie Geus.
Ruth, better known by her close friends and acquaintances as "Inge", held many employment positions over her lifetime, but most recently worked as a sales associate for the Lazarus Department Store where she retired after working 20 years.
Inge is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Stephen and Rena Isenogle of St. Louis, MO, their children Sarah, Spencer, and Grace and her two brothers, Hansi Geus and Georg Geus, of Wiesbaden, Germany.
Inge was preceded in death by her parents and her husband of 53 years, James "Jim" B. Isenogle.
Visitation will be from noon until the hour of service Sunday November 6, 2011. The service will commence at 2 p.m. at the Jenkins & Sons Funeral Home in Bloomfield, IN. A brief grave site service will follow at the Scotland Cemetery in Scotland, IN.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Scotland Cemetery Fund, the American Lung Association, the American Cancer Society, or to the charity of your choosing, in Inge's name, in care of Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield.
