Ruby J. Rose, 76, of Switz City passed away Sunday August 9, 2015 at the IU Health Hospice House in Bloomington.
Born April 16, 1939 the daughter of Ira Thomas Babb and Maggie (Hamilton) Hunt.
Ruby was a homemaker.
Ruby is survived by her children, Donna Vest, Tommy Thompson, Larry Thompson, Kevin Thompson and Richard Ellett, her grandchildren, Jason Thompson, Summer Murphy and several other grandchildren and great grandchildren, her sister, Wanda Kepler and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a son, Steven Ray Thompson, a grandson, Jeremiah Murphy and her parents.
There will be no public visitation.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
