Ruby (Chris) Craig, 79, of Danville, Indiana passed away at 6:45 P.M. on Tuesday January 26, 2010 at her residence.
Ruby was born September 2, 1930 in Edmonson County, Kentucky to Leonard and Mishie (Lashey) Meredith.
Ruby work for Stewart & Warner for 34 years as a grinder operator, she was retired.
Surviving relatives include her husband Robert Dale Craig, Sr. of Danville, Indiana. Three sons, Robert Dale Craig, Jr. of Greenfield, Indiana; Michael H. Craig of Tell City, Indiana and Marty L. Craig Indianapolis, Indiana. Fourteen grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren and eleven great great grandchildren.
Ruby was preceded in death by her parents, one daughter Gail Cook, four brothers and two sisters.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 P.M. on Saturday January 30, 2010 and 12 noon until the hour of service on Sunday at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield.
Service will be at 2:00 P.M. on Sunday January 31, 2010 at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield, with Rev. Kenny Adams officiating. Burial will follow at Owensburg Cemetery in Owensburg, Indiana.
