Robert E. "Curly" Epeards, 74, of Solsberry went home to be with our Lord on February 18, 2018 at home peacefully surrounded by family.

Robert was born in Indianapolis, Indiana to Robert E. and Josephine (Nichols) Epeards, Sr; on May 6, 1943.

Robert was retired from Wrecks Inc. in Indianapolis and was self employed doing auto body repair in Solsberry.

Robert "Curly" was a very devoted and loving family man and an avid race fan.

Surviving relatives include his wife Barbara J. (Groomer) Epeards whom he married on December 15, 1985; his children, Carri (Owen) Glidden of Linton, Bobby Joe Epeards of Bloomington, Michele "Shelly" (Keith) Hollingsworth of Linton, Anthony (Joanna) Miller of Bloomfield, Lori (JD) Dyer of Gosport, twelve grandchildren, eight great grandchildren with one on the way, a brother, Mickey (Ann) Epeards of Indianapolis, and several nieces and nephews.

Robert was preceded in death by a sister and his parents.

Friends may call from 4 to 8 P.M. on Wednesday and noon Thursday until the hour of service at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield.

Services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Thursday at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield with Pastor Mickey Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Solsberry Cemetery.
