Regina Faye Chadwell, 60, of Bloomington passed away Monday June 6, 2022 at her residence.
Born June 13, 1961 in Campbell County, Kentucky the daughter of Charles and Georgia (Lovette) Chadwell.
Regina was a homemaker, she loved animals and sewing.
Surviving relatives include her three children, James Jacobs, Russell Jacobs and Regina Lee Helton, her grandchildren, James Allen Jacobs, Maria Jacobs, Alissa Hall and her cat Sonny.
Regina was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Alissa Grace Hall, one brother, Ronnie Chadwell, Aunt and Uncle, Patricia and Lloyd Sims, her paternal grandparents, Wayne and Marilyn Jacobs and her parents.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday June 14, 2022 at 1 P.M. at Walnut Grove Cemetery in Bloomfield.
The family wishes any memorial donations be made to Walnut Grove Cemetery in Regina's name.
