Phyllis Louise Harper 85, of Springville, passed away on April 28, 2021 at Golden Living Center in Bloomington.

Born March 28, 1936 in Linton, she was the daughter of Vernon and Fern (Holmes) Bailey. She was a homemaker.

Surviving relatives include: her children, Steve Harper (Shelly) and Roger Harper (Kathy) both of Springville and Sherlyn Flynn of Ellettsville; one sister, Treva Corlett of Bloomfield; eight grandchildren and twenty-one great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Harper on July 13, 2010; two daughters, Rebecca "Simone" Spinks and Marsha Jo Laughlin; one brother, Wayne Bailey; one sister, Maxine Harper and her parents.

Graveside services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 1, 2021 at Flynn cemetery in Springville. Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield is in charge of arrangements.
