Obituary

Patricia Ann Capps, 64, of Bloomington, passed away on Sunday, November 27, 2022 at Monroe Hospital in Bloomington.

Born October 1, 1958 in Lafollette, Tennessee, she was the daughter of Franklin Dale Mullins and Lorene (Craig) Mullins Eads.

She was a homemaker and attended the Westside Assembly of God Church in Bloomington. She was a member of the Eagles Lodge #1085 Bloomington.

Surviving relatives include: her husband, Michael L. Capps whom she married August 14, 1996; her children, Catherine Ripple (Russ Quakenbush) of Bloomfield, Cindy Ripple of Bloomington, Alexis Capps of Bloomington, Marla Franks of Shoals and Phillip Capps (Marissa) of Kansas; her grandchildren, Nathan Ripple (Chelsea), Brittany Apple (Cody), Noel Amick (Tony), Taylor Capps, Savannah Capps, Bailey Capps, T.J. Capps, Devon Stewart, Landon Stewart, Braxton Capps, Olivia Ripple, Rechelle Lechien and Kent QuakenBush; seven great grandchildren; her mother, Lorene Eads; one sister, Amy Ernst; brothers, Donnie Mullins, Eddie Mullins, Randy Mullins and Dale Mullins.

She was preceded in death by her father and one daughter, Kimberly Capps.

There will be no public visitation or services at this time. A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date.

Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield is in charge of arrangements.
