Francis, Norma Irene, age 84, of Middletown, passed away Thursday, July 01, 2010 at Liberty of Middletown. She was born October 24, 1925 in Bloomfield, IN to Claude and Lucy White. She worked in Crane Munitions in Indiana for a government agency for 25 years, retiring in 1975. Norma was a member of Breiel Blvd. Church of God. She is preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Joe and Bill White; sister, Sylvia White. Norma is survived by her husband, Robert Francis of 14 years; son, Darwin (Helen) Harp of San Antonio, TX; grandchildren, Kathy and Kelli; sisters, Mona Fuller and JoAnn Johnson both of Bloomfield, IN; step-children, Skip Francis of Monroe, Rob Francis of Middletown, Barbara K. Marsh of TN, Joyce Ann Lentes of Portland, OR. Visitation will be held Tuesday, July 6, 2010 from 10:00 AM -12:00 PM at Baker-Stevens-Parramore Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life Service will follow at 12:00 PM at the funeral home with Dr. Eric Newell officiating. A second visitation will be Wednesday, July 7, 2010 from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM at Jenkins & Sons Funeral Home in Bloomfield. Interment will be at Prarie Chapel Cemetery.
