Nina Pearl Mengedoht, 91, of Bloomington passed away Saturday February 15, 2025 at the IU Health Hospice House in Bloomington.

Born January 7, 1934 in Bloomfield the daughter of William Trinkle Andrews and Mable Gail (Williams) Linn.

Nina was retired from RCA and a member of the New Horizon Church in Smithville.

Surviving relatives include her children, Richard Eugene (Jeanica) Reed, Donna Jean (Mike) Rusher, Dorothy Joann (Jeff) Padgett, Lawrence David (Genevieve) Reed, step-son, Carl Lan (Carla) Mengedoht, daughter-in-law, Linda Yenna, twelve grandchildren, twenty-six great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild and several nieces and nephews.

Nina was preceded in death by her husband Carl Mengedoht, two children, Jackie Ray Yenna, Catherine Janet Reed, three grandchildren, Scotty Edwin Rusher, Paul Daniel Mathias Reed, Kenneth Wayne Petro II, four siblings, William Henry Andrews, James Franklin Andrews, Dorothy Emiline Vandeventer and Carl Lee Andrews.

Visitation will be held at Jenkins Funeral Home on Wednesday February 19, 2025 from 10 A.M. until the hour of service.

Services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday February 19, 2025 at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield with Rev. Richard Reed officiating. Burial will follow at Ridgeport Cemetery.

The family ask any memorial donations in Nina's name be given to IU Health Hospice House in Bloomington.
