Nellie Hudson, 97, of Bloomfield passed away at 7:57 P.M. on Thursday August 31, 2006 at Glenburn Home in Linton.
Born December 3, 1908 in Greene County Indiana she was the daughter of Frank & Cora (Lawrence) Martindale.
She worked at Crane NSWC on the assembley line, she was retired. She was a member of the Bloomfield Eastern Star, the Union at Crane, and a member of the Bloomfield First Christian Church.
Surviving relatives include 1 daughter Norma Jean Bock of Bloomfield. 1 grandson Richard Lee Bock of Bloomington. 1 great granddaughter Cara Wayland of Sullivan. 1 great grandson Nathan Bock of Monrovia. 2 great great grandchildren Carsyn & Camden Wayland of Sullivan. 1 brother Fred Martindale of Bloomfield.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Wendell L. Hudson in 1960. 1 sister, & 4 brothers.
Friends may call from 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Sunday September 3, 2006 at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield, & 1:00 P.M. till the hour Monday.
Services will be at 2:00 P.M. Monday September 4, 2006 at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield with the Rev Arlen Pope & Dave Wilde officiating. Burial will be at Grandview Cemetery in Bloomfield.
