Naomi Violet Workman, 104, passed away at 4:15am Friday October 14, 2005 at Greene County General Hospital in Linton, In.
Born November 16, 1900 she was the daughter of John Wesley & Minnie (Rusher) Workman.
She was a teacher for Fairplay Township Schools. She was a member of the Bloomfield United Methodist Church.
Survivers include 1 son Guy & his wife Barbara Workman of Bloomfield, 2 daughters Wilma & her husband Paul Edelman of Bloomfield, & Nina & her husband Sam Crowe of Bloomfield. 10 Grandchildren, 1 Step Grandchild, & 19 Great Grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Ora A. Workman in 1983. 2 brothers Harold & Herbert Axe, and 1 sister Esther Byers.
Funeral service will be 2:30 P.M. Sunday at Jenkins Funeral Home Bloomfield with the Rev. Lynn Snyder officiating. Burial will be at Prairie Chapel Cemetery.
Friends may call from 4 P.M. to 8 P.M. Saturday October 15, 2005 at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield & 1 P.M. till the Hour Sunday at the Funeral Home.
