Morris W. Todd, 74, of Bloomfield passed away at 7:20 A.M. on Monday March 10, 2008.
Born April 5, 1933 in Bloomington, Indiana he was the son of Earl & Myrtle (Wade) Todd.
Morris was retired from Wetterau Inc. in Bloomington. He was a member of the Sylvania Wesleyan Church. Morris was an Army veteran of the Korean War.
Surviving relatives include his wife Judy A. (King) Todd of Bloomfield. 7 children Debbie Sparks (Gary), Randy Todd (Debbie), Kathy Gwaltney (Larry), Gary Todd (Beth), Peggy Hayes (Michael), Jim Todd (Jennifer)all of Bloomfield, and Jody Todd (Jenny) of Linton. 1 Brother Erna Todd (Maxine) of Bedford, Indiana. 2 Sisters Norma Cox (Fred), & Virgie Helms (Jerrell) both of Bloomfield. 21 Grandchildren Chris & Denise Sparks, Travis & Emmy Sparks, Scott Todd, Josh Todd, Jane Todd, Angie & Dan Frye, Todd & Stacey Humerickhouse, Amie & Matt Allen, Abbie Humerickhouse, Tabitha Todd, Samantha Todd, Hallie Todd, Adde Todd, Elizabeth Todd, Misty & Jake Graf, Matt & Mary Etta Todd, Cory & Lacy Todd, Miranda Todd, Gavin Todd, Melissa & James Laster, & Danielle Gwaltney. 14 Great Grandchildren Benjamin Sparks, Logan Sparks, Kirsten Sparks, Kaylee Sparks, Wyatt Frye, Aubrie Frye, Taylor Graf, Felicity Graf, Baylin Graf, Laytin Graf, Bridgette Todd, Emmy Todd, Hank Todd & Lillianne Laster. 2 Step-Grandchildren Westin Robertson, & Brandi Robertson. 1 Step-Great Grandchild Kasidee Robertson.
Morris was preceded in death by his parents, and 1 sister Mary Evelyn Bryant.
Friends may call from 3 to 9 P.M. on Friday and 12 noon till the hour Saturday at Sylvania Wesleyan Church. CALLING AND FUNERAL ARE AT THE CHURCH.
Funeral Services will be at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday March 15, 2008 at Sylvania Wesleyan Church with Rev. Bob England, Rev. Dave Taylor, and Rev. Erin Raper officiating. Burial will follow at Walnut Grove Cemetery in Bloomfield.
The family wishes all donations be made to the Sylvania Church building fund or Greene County Right to Life.
