Mima Dell (Baker) Ockerman, 91, of Linton passed away Friday June 12, 2015 at Glenburn Home in Linton.
Born November 23, 1923 at Clifty Creek in Greene County, Indiana the daughter of Emmett D. and Rosetta (Dove) Baker.
Mima was a homemaker and Author of the book called Beyond the Hills.
She is survived by a daughter, Dianne Coger and a granddaughter Jacqueline O'Leary of Alabama, special niece and nephew, Gale "Buck" Baker, Jane Ann Baker and Janet (Brown) Baker, and several other nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband Fred Ockerman, siblings, Roy Baker, Raymond Baker, Veersa Quillen, Ruby Grove, Daniel Baker and Hiram Baker, and her parents.
There will be no public visitation.
A Memorial service will be at a later date.
The family wishes any donations be made to the Walnut Grove Cemetery.
