Michael Joe Abrams 42, of Bloomfield, passed away at 9:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 15, 2014 as a result of a car accident.Born May 7, 1971 in Bedford, Indiana the son of Jim Abrams and Barbara (Bayse) Abrams.Michael Joe was half owner and operator of Branstetters Heating and Cooling, he was a member of the Bloomfield First Christian Church, Bloomfield Masonic Lodge, SAL and the Shrine.Surviving relatives include his children Ciera Abrams and Jaden Abrams, their mother Nikki Abrams, one brother Matt Abrams, his father Jim Abrams and Mother Barbara Abrams all of Bloomfield, his aunts and uncles, Tom and Blenda Price, Beverly Kennedy, Linda Meadows, Charlotte Gabbard and Mike and Janice Abrams, he also has several cousins.Michael was preceded in death by his grandparents, Roy and Lucy Abrams, Franklin and Helen Bayse, his uncles, Russell Basye, Herb Sparks, Ronnie Meadows and Jim Gabbard, one aunt Mary Sparks.Friends may call from 4 to 8 P.M. on Friday at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield and 9 A.M. on Saturday until the hour of service at the Funeral Home.Services will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield with Pastor Michael Shane Abrams officiating. Burial will follow at Grandview Cemetery in Bloomfield.The family wishes any donations be made to the Bloomfield First Christian Church or Mt.
