Mary Elaine (Van Horn) Burch 73, of Bloomfield, passed away on Saturday, December 15, 2018 at IU Health in Bloomington, Indiana.
Born November 15, 1945 in Linton, Indiana, she was the daughter of John B. and Dortha E. (Brown) Van Horn.
She was a military wife and homemaker.
Surviving relatives include: husband, Vernon Burch, daughters, Melissa Burch of Evansville and Amanda Tyler (Trent) of Evansville. Grandchildren, Susannah Jackson and Callie Anne Tyler; one brother, John David Van Horn of Linton and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers Wayne Van Horn and Max Van Horn, one sister Sharla Van Horn and one grandchild, Benjamin Tyler.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at Faith Christian Church in Bloomfield, with Minister Tim Underwood and Minister James Stone officiating. Interment will follow in Sandborn Cemetery in Sanborn, Indiana.
Public visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday at the Faith Christian Church.
