Marquita Oliphant, 87 of Bloomfield, passed away with family by her side on Saturday, September 2, 2023 after an extended stay at Ketcham Memorial Center in Odon.

She is finally reunited with many friends and family that have gone before and she has missed terribly.

Marquita is survived by her son and daughter, Scott Oliphant and Connie Anderson, along with several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer Van Oliphant in 1978, her sons William C Oliphant in 2003 and James F. "Big O" Oliphant in 2012.

Graveside services will be conducted 1:00 pm on Friday, September 15, 2023 at Grandview cemetery. This obituary will be updated when services are confirmed.
