Mari Frances Uland, 77, of Bloomfield, IN passed peacefully in her home on January 8, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.
Mari was born February 19, 1947 in Linton, IN to Marland G. and Lessie (La Rue) Haines. She was a stay at home mom until she went to work at Greene County Distribution Inc. with her husband. In 1991, they sold the business to pursue a successful career in real estate appraising.
Mari is survived by her two sons Robert R. (Jennifer) Uland, John Uland, Gertie (her beloved dog), and her sister Patti (Dennis) Wright. Her four grandchildren include Elizabeth (Spencer) Carpenter, Cecilia (Adam) Hughes, Thaida Uland and Zeb Uland as well as many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her husband Robert L. Uland, her parents, and her eldest sister Jan Wade.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 15, 2025 at 2 PM at the Feed Store Beer Co. in Bloomfield, IN.
