Lois Marie Felton 85, of Solsberry, passed away on Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at IU Health Hospice House in Bloomington.

Born March 25, 1933 in Owen County, she was the daughter of Ivanhoe Samuel and Esther Pauline (Thacker) Ooley. She married Ruel Allen Felton on May 17, 1951.

Lois was a homemaker and enjoyed feeding her hummingbirds.

Surviving relatives include: her husband, Ruel Allen Felton of Solsberry; her children, Cheryl Dawn Felton of Solsberry, Carol Glasford of Worthington, Patrick Allen Felton of Solsberry, Tim Felton of Ellettsville, Carmen Marie Pike of Solsberry and Channon Joy Pate of Bloomfield; fourteen grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Pricilla Mae Owen, brothers, Dale Ooley, Samuel Richard Ooley, two twin infant brothers, Floyd and Lloyd Ooley and her parents.

Memorial services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 5, 2018 at the Ellettsville First United Methodist Church, 803 West Temperance Street Ellettsville, IN 47429.

Public visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday at the church.

The family asks that all memorial contributions be made to IU Health Hospice House.
