Laurel J. Phillips, 83, of Bloomfield passed away Tuesday August 7, 2012 at Lyons Health & Living Center in Lyons.
Born June 13, 1929 in Greene County, Indiana the daughter of Ora and Elsie (Hudson) Phillips.
Laurel was retired from Sarkes Tarzian in Bloomington and was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ Latter Day Saints in Linton.
Surviving relatives include a cousin; Lillian Martin of Clay City, Indiana.
She was preceded in death by her parents and special friend Charles Greene.
There will be no public visitation.
Graveside services will be held at 10:30 A.M. on Friday August 10, 2012 at Walnut Grove Cemetery in Bloomfield.
