Kenneth Allen Quakenbush, 77, of Bloomfield, passed away on Monday, May 16, 2022 at Select Specialty Hospital in Evansville.

Born September 26, 1944 in Vincennes, Indiana he was the son of William Jr. and Laverta May (Trowbridge) Quakenbush.

Kenny worked as an ammunition inspector at NSWC Crane. He attended the Bloomfield First Christian Church. He served his country in the United States Army. Co-Owner of R & D Enterprises.

Surviving relatives include: two sons, Russell Allen Quakenbush (Cathy Ripple) and Aaron Lee Quakenbush (Carla); one brother, William Quakenbush (Linda); one sister, Debby Quakenbush; a sister-in-law, Martha Quakenbush; ten grandchildren, Adam (Myranda), Kent, Rachelle Lechien (Trey), Madison, Joselyn, Nathan, Brittany (Cody), Noel, Stephanie (Alex) and Courtney (Jacob); and three great grandchildren, Harlow, Rowan & Myah. Nieces and nephews, Dale Quakenbush, David Quakenbush, Kae Quakenbush, Eric Carmichael.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Cheryl Rae "Sherry" Quakenbush on April 27, 2021, Brother, Denny Quakenbush, nephew Christopher Parsley and his parents.

Funeral services will be conducted at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 21, 2022 at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield, with Rev Scott Chastain officiating. Interment will follow in Scotland cemetery.

Public visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. on Saturday at the funeral home.
