Kenneth Scott Neill, 64 of Bloomington, passed away on Saturday, August 8, 2026 at Monroe Hospital in Bloomington.

Born January 8, 1962 in Linton, Indiana, he was the son of Marvin B. and Jacqueline P. (McIntosh) Neill.

Surviving relatives include: his son, Jacob Martin; and Ex-Wife and caregiver, Margaret Sciscoe.

There will be no public visitation or Funeral Services.
