Kenneth P. Hudson, 59, of Bloomfield passed away Wednesday August 5, 2026 at Greene County General Hospital.

Born July 24, 1967 in Linton, Indiana the son of Harry D. Hudson and Ellen Rose (Pearson) Hudson.

Kenny had worked as a machinist; he was a member of the Bloomfield American Legion SAL Post 196. Known as bad deal back in the day, he loved to gamble, he loved to collect coins, old cars, play pool, listen to music and drink Jim Beam.

Surviving relatives include his son, Austin Hudson, sister, Judy K. Alton, nephew, Alex Alton (Maegan Wilson), niece, Mackenzie R. Goodwin, great niece, Arianna Rose, three great nephews, Ezekiel (Zeke), Jaxon, Tyler Joe and cat Jacjak.

Kenny was preceded in death by his brother, A. Scott Hudson, his father, Harry D. Hudson, his mother, Ellen Rose Hudson, his grandmother, Bertha Lucas Hudson, his dog, Futbol and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

A graveside service will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday, August 30, 2026 at Walnut Grove Cemetery.

The family ask that any memorial donations in Kenny’s name be given to the Bloomfield American Legion Post # 196 or the First Baptist Church Food Pantry.
