Kenith Ray Baker, 69, of Bloomfield passed away at 10:53 A.M. on Friday April 4, 2008 at Greene County General Hospital in Linton.
Born December 9, 1938 in Greene County, Indiana he was the son of Willard Dayton & Georgie (Lester) Baker.
Kenith was an Army veteran of the Viet Nam War, and a farmer. He was a member of the Marco United Methodist Church.
Surviving Relatives include: One sister Mary Ann "Dutchi" Baker and One brother Lee Baker Sr. both of Bloomfield. One nephew Lee Baker Jr. and wife Annette of Bloomfield. Two nieces Kathryn Ferguson and husband Roy, and Ruth Ann Baker all of Bloomfield. Two great nephews David Lee Baker, & Justin Baker. Five great nieces LaDonna Ferguson, Miranda Baker, Samantha Ferguson, Audrey Ferguson, & Courtney Baker.
Kenith was preceded in death by his parents, sister-in-law Carolyn Sue Baker, and several Aunts & Uncles.
Friend may call from 4 to 8 P.M. on Sunday April 6, 2008 and 1 P.M. Monday till the hour at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield.
Services will be at 2:00 P.M. on Monday April 7, 2008 at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfied with Rev. Arlen Pope & Rev. Billy Ed Hostettler officiating. Burial will follow at Grandview Cemetery in Bloomfield with Military Graveside service by the Bloomfield American Legion Post # 196.
