Karen Dee Bucher, 67, of Bloomfield, passed away on Tuesday, March 1, 2016 at her residence.
Born December 14, 1948 in Linton, she was the daughter of Curtis C. and Doris B. (Hasler) Bucher.
She was a member of the Antioch Christian Church in Bloomfield.
Surviving relatives include: one brother, Joe Dean Bucher (Ruth) of Bloomfield; two nieces, Jennifer Bucher of Louisville, Kentucky and Pennie Lunsford (Robbie) of Sadieville, Kentucky; three great nieces, Ashley and Samantha Lunsford and Hannah Messer.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, March 7, 2016 at Antioch Christian Church, with Rev. Arlen Pope and Rev. Jack Tolbert officiating. Interment will follow in Antioch Cemetery in rural Bloomfield.
Public visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Monday at the Church. Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield is in charge of arrangements.
The family asks that all memorial contributions be made to the Antioch Cemetery.
