Julene Rae Stallard, 84, of Bloomington passed away Sunday July 9, 2023 at the Monroe House in Bloomington.
Born May 26, 1939 in Grand Island, Nebraska the daughter of Arthur August Paul Laubsch and Helen Elizabeth (Jarman) West.
Julene was a homemaker and a seamstress, she loved to sew; she was a member of the Treasured Friends Club and attended the Calvary Lutheran Church in Bedford.
Surviving relatives include her two daughters, Devin New, Dalene (Gene) Gilstrap, several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, one brother Greg (Fran) Laubsch.
Julene was preceded in death by her husband Wayne Stallard on March 2, 2022; one son, Dewayne Stallard, one sister, Patty (Charles) Godwin and her parents.
The family wishes any memorial donations in Julene's name be given to the American Cancer Society.
Services will be private.
