Joyce Ann McIntosh, 68, of Bloomington, passed away at 4:32 p.m. Thursday, December 29, 2011 at IU Health Bloomington Hospital.
Born May 14, 1943 in Bloomfield, she was the daughter of Troy and Bertha (Porter) Blaker.
She was a secretary for Edgewood Middle School and a member of the Bloomington Baptist Church.
Surviving relatives include: her husband Larry, whom she married March 7, 1964; two sons, Larry Scott McIntosh and Eric McIntosh both of Bloomington; two brothers, Robert Blaker of Shepherdsville, Kentucky and Cecil Blaker of Sullivan; one sister, Vivian Heaton of Victoria, Texas; and her grandchildren, Amanda McIntosh, Matthew McIntosh and Stephanie McIntosh.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Maurice Blaker, one sister, Pat Winters and her parents.
Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Monday, January 2, 2012 at Jenkins & Sons Funeral Home in Bloomfield, with Rev. Randy McCollum officiating. Interment will be in Grandview cemetery in Bloomfield.
Friends may call from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
