Jesse "Jack" Gill. 85, of Solsberry passed away at 9:15 A.M. Friday April 9, 2010 at his residence.
Born November 24, 1924 in Putnam County, Indiana he was the son of Andrew and Fanna (Adams) Gill.
Jack was a heavy equipment operator at Crane, he was retired. Jack was an Army veteran of WWII.
Surviving relatives include his wife Dorothy (Anderson) Gill of Solsberry. Three children Karen Smythe of Clyde, Texas; Loretta Zink of Winchester, Ohio and Judy Weaver of Solsberry, Indiana. Six grandchildren and several great grandchildren. One sister Beulah Hargrove of Crawfordsville, Indiana.
Jack was preceded in death by his parents, one brother James Gill, two sisters Alma Gibbs and Bessie Griggs, and one grandson Scott Anderson.
There is no public visitation
Graveside Services will be 2:00 P.M. Monday April 12, 2010 at Bingham Cemetery in Solsberry with Byron Holtsclaw officiating. Burial is at Bingham Cemetery in Solsberry.
