Jeannee Marie Ray, 68, of Springville passed away peacefully at her home on Tuesday October 8, 2024
She was born on November 23, 1955 in Kokomo, Indiana. The daughter of Leonard Everett Soper and Virginia Marie (Lewis) Soper.
Jeannee was retired after years of factory work. She was a devout Christian and she encouraged others to follow the Lord. As many know, she was a very hard worker. She always put others before herself. She was a beautiful person inside and out. She will be missed dearly by her loved ones.
Surviving relatives include her two daughters, Shannon (Robert) Young, Lisa (John) Saunders, her grandchildren, Morgan (Jordan) Moore, Madison (Daymien Bomgardner) Young, Johnny and Holly Saunders and her three great grandchildren, Mari, Connor and Warren.
Jeannee was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Rayedeen Lee.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Sunday October 13, 2024 at Owensburg Cemetery.
The family wishes any memorial donations in Jeannee's name be given to the Owensburg Cemetery or the Greene County Humane Society.
