James E. White, 71, of Bloomfield passed away Tuesday December 6, 2022 at IU Health Bloomington Hospital.

Born July 7, 1951 in Gary Indiana the son of Max L. White and Myrtle (Hampton) Hodges.

Jim was retired from GE in Bloomington.

Surviving relatives include his two children, Melissa (Greg) Thompson and Christopher (Lacey) White, he has eight grandchildren, five great grandchildren, two sisters, Carol White, Mary Hutchison, one brother, Jerry Hodges and several nieces and nephews.

Jim was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Steven L. White, Daniel Joe "Dan" White and his step father Allen Hodges.

A graveside service will be held at 11 A.M. on Monday December 12, 2022 at Edwards Cemetery in Solsberry with Roy Vaught officiating.
