Jaden Makenzie Lauderdale, 14, of Bloomfield, passed away on Sunday, June 18, 2017 at Riley Hospital for Children at IU Health in Indianapolis.

Born January 13, 2003 in Bloomington, she was the daughter of Douglas Dean and Jessica LeAnne (Barker) Lauderdale.

She was to be an 8th grade student at Bloomfield Schools and was a member of the Harvest Community Church.

Surviving relatives include: her parents, Doug and Jessica Lauderdale of Bloomfield; her siblings, Tara Lauderdale (Dustin Kettler), Alison Lauderdale and Bryson Lauderdale all of Bloomfield; her maternal grandparents, Steve and Janice Barker of Bloomfield; her paternal grandmother, Dorothy Lauderdale; Aunts and Uncles, Jeff and Courtnay Lauderdale, Dan and Crystal Lauderdale, Chris Barker and Stephanie and Josh Buskirk; and several cousins.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Billy Dean Lauderdale.

Funeral services will be conducted at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday at the Harvest Community Church in rural Bloomfield, with Rev. Jeff Williams officiating. Interment will follow in Mt. Nebo cemetery.

Public visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday and 1 hour prior to services Thursday at the Harvest Community Church in rural Bloomfield.
