Geneva Maxine Scott, 86, of Bloomfield passed away at 7:45 A.M. on Saturday January 20, 2007 at Lyons Health & Living Center.
Born June 3, 1920 in Greene County she was the daughter of Stanford & Tabitha (Kinaman) Corya.
She was a Homemaker.
She is survived by 1 son Gary Scott of Lyons, Indiana; 2 daughters Waynetta Wessell of Mooresville, Indiana; Judy Pearson of Plainfield, Indiana; 1 brother Bob Lee Corya of Muncie, Indiana. 12 Grandchildren, 28 Great Grandchildren, & 10 Great Great Grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Wayne M. Scott March 10, 1987, 2 brothers Herschel, & Harold Corya. 1 Sister Inez Corya. 1 Granddaughter Robin Pearson & 1 Great Grandson Brandon Pearson, and her Parents.
Friends may call from 4 P.M. to 8 P.M. Monday January 22, 2007 at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield and 10:00 A.M. till the hour Tuesday.
Services will be at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday January 23, 2007 at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield with the Rev. Don Reed officiating. Burial will follow at Worthington Cemetery in Worthington, Indiana.
