Geneva Harper, 96, of Solsberry passed away at 3:15 A.M. on Sunday November 23, 2008 at Garden Villa in Bloomington.
Born August 7, 1912 in Greene County, Indiana she was the daughter of Curtis and Laura (Burch) Price.
Geneva was a homemaker and a member of the Sylvania Wesleyan Church.
Surviving relatives include one son Marvin Harper and his wife Connie of Solsberry. Eight grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, and three great great grandsons. Two brothers Calvin Price and Richard Price both of Bloomfield. One son-in-law Bob Crowe, and one daughter-in-law Kay Harper both of Solsberry.
Geneva was preceded in death by her parents, husband Charles Harper, one son Keith Harper, one daughter Una Crowe, three sisters, three brothers, and one great great grandson.
Friends may call from 2 to 8 P.M. on Tuesday November 25, 2008 and 10 A.M. Wednesday until the hour at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield.
Services will be at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday November 26, 2008 at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield with Rev. Dave Taylor officiating, burial will follow at Sylvania Cemetery.
