Gaylord K. Shepherd 73, of Solsberry, passed away on Thursday, September 24, 2026 at his residence.
Born July 20, 1953 in Fort Wayne, Indiana, he was the son of Henry L., Jr. and Vera (Mabis) Shepherd.
Gaylord was the owner and operator of Bloomington Appliance Parts in Bloomington.
Surviving relatives include: his children, Robert Shepherd (Natasha) and Angela Eubanks (David); his brothers, Dennis Shepherd and John Shepherd; and four grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Susan Mertz and his parents.
There will be no public visitation. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield is in charge of arrangements.
