Estel R. Spinks, 69, of Bloomington, passed away Monday July 17, 2006 at 8:12 a.m. at Bloomington hospital.
Born May 22, 1937 in Greene County, he was the son of Murley H. and Algie (Roberts) Spinks.
He was a Warehouse supervisor for RCA in Bloomington. He was a member of the House of Prayer in Ellettsville, Indiana Bureau of Electrical workers, and was affiliated with Antique machinery shows.
Survivors include: his wife Patsy (Rydenbark) Spinks of Bloomington, whom he married on January 2, 1960; one son, Jeffrey A. Spinks of Bloomington; two sisters, Norma Combs of Bloomington and Mary Spinks of Lyons; one brother, Robert Spinks of Indianapolis; one grandson, Anthony L. Spinks of Bloomfield; and one daughter-in-law, Rebecca Simone Spinks of Bloomfield.
He was preceded in death by one son, Randall L. (Randy) Spinks on July 15, 2006 and one infant stillborn granddaughter.
Funeral services will be conducted Thursday July 20, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. at Jenkins & Sons Funeral home in Bloomfield, with Rev. Larry Mitchell officiating. Burial will be in Scotland cemetery.
