Electa Mae Williams, 103, of Bloomfield passed away at 3:30 A.M. on Thursday February 22, 2007 at Glenburn Home in Linton.
Born June 11, 1903 in West Frankfort, Illinois she was the daughter of Charles & Rosie (Tumbleson) Pertusett.
She was retired as the owner & operaror of Williams Shopping Center in Bloomfield. She was a member of the Eastern Star where she was Past Matron, The Rebecca Lodge, Womens Auxillary, & The First Baptist Church in Bloomfield.
Surviving relatives include 1 son James Ross Williams Jr. & his wife Ruth of Dugger, Indiana,; 14 grandchildren, & several great grandchildren & great great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband James Ross Williams on January 7, 1973. 3 daughters June DeFrees, Marjorie Demaree, & Nettie Hutter. 1 son Charles Eugene Williams, & her parents.
Friens may call from 4pm to 8pm Saturday February 24, 2007 at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield and 1pm till the hour at the church.
Services will be 2:00 P.M. Sunday February 25, 2007 at The First Baptist Church in Bloomfield with Rev Brent Meyer and Rev Billy Ed Hostettler officiating. Burial will follow in Worthington Cemetery.
Donations may be made in Mae's name to The First Baptist Church Building fund.
