Donald Henry Easton, Sr., 92 of Bloomfield passed away at 5:45 A.M. on Saturday October 11, 2025 at the IU Health Hospice House.

Donald was born in Allegheny County, New York on on October 31, 1932 to Richard O Easton, Sr., and Lucy (West) Easton; he married Patty (Jones) Easton on December 31, 1955.

Donald served in the U.S. Army in Korea as a Corporal, Donald was a retired Plant Engineer at Stocker Hinge Manufacturing Company in Brookfield, Illinois, he was a member of the Bloomfield Seventh-Day Adventist Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents, sister, Sylvia Philips, brothers, Peter, Bill, Dick and David Easton.

He is survived by his wife Patty Easton, his children, Donald H. Easton, Jr., (Cathi), Jeff Easton (Becky), Diana Easton, and Bryan Easton (Stella), his grandchildren, Christopher M. Faifer, Jr., (Ashton), Jonathon Faifer (Ashley), Melissa Hortemiller (Jonathon) and Andrew Easton, he has several great grandchildren, one brother, John Easton and one sister Mary Easton.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. on Thursday October 16, 2025 at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield with Pastor Lal Awma officiating. Interment will follow at Scotland Cemetery.

Public visitation will be held from 11 A.M. to 1 P.M. on Thursday at Jenkins Funeral Home.

The family ask any memorial donations in Donald's name be given to Scotland Cemetery.
