Diane Beth York, 65, of Lyons passed away Monday March 13, 2017 peacefully at her residence, surrounded by loved ones.

Born December 26, 1951 the daughter of Hubert "Gunnar" and Shirley (Reno) Heidenreich.

Diane was a homemaker, she baby sat many children throughout the years and was a member of the Social Benevolent Club of Lyons, the Lyons Junior Miss Club and was a member of the Lyons United Methodist Church.

Surviving relatives include her husband Teddy York of Lyons, two sons, Tim (Angie) York, Matthew (Andrea) York all of Lyons, two grandchildren, Tyler York and Dalton York both of Lyons, two brothers, John (Sheila) Heidenreich of Trafalgar and Robert (Susie) Heidenreich of Texas, two sister-in-laws, Janice (Lee) Pilant of Tennessee, Vivian (Mark) Butcher of Iowa, her mother Shirley Heidenreich of Speedway and several nieces and nephews.

Diane was preceded in death by her father, Hubert "Gunnar" Heidenreich.

Friends may call from 4 to 8 P.M. on Thursday at Jenkins Funeral Home in Lyons, and from 12 to 2 P.M. on Friday at the Lyons United Methodist Church.

Services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Friday at the Lyons United Methodist Church with Rev. Rose Sparks officiating. Burial will follow at Prairie Chapel Cemetery in Lyons.

The family wishes any donations be made to the Lyons United Methodist Church in Diane's name.
