Deanna C. Holtsclaw, 33, of Bloomfield, passed away at 5:53 p.m., July 13, 2007 at IU Medical Center in Indianapolis.
Born September 28, 1973 in Linton, she was the daughter of Jim Carmichael and Mary (Vandeventer) Carmichael.
She was a homemaker.
Surviving relatives include: her husband Terry L Holtsclaw of Bloomfield, whom she married March 10, 1997; one sister, Susan Vandeventer of Bloomfield; Father, Jim Carmichael of Bloomfield; Mother, Mary Carmichael of Bloomfield; 3 1/2 brothers, Ronnie Vandeventer of Kentucky, and Glen & David Carmichael both of Elnora; a host of aunts and uncles; four nieces, one nephew, four great nieces, and two great nephews.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Harley and Mary Carmichael and Floyd and Fern Vandeventer, three aunts, three uncles, and one nephew.
Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Wednesday July 18, 2007 at Sylvania Wesleyan Church, with Rev. Forrest Collings officiating. Interment will be in Walnut Grove cemetery in rural Bloomfield.
