David Howard Norman's Obituary
David Howard Norman, 81, of Switz City, passed away on Saturday, May 11, 2024 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes.
Born September 25, 1942 in Bedford, he was the son of Isaac H. Norman and Lucille (Fesler) Norman Carmichael.
David drove a truck for Coca-Cola. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge in Switz City and helped at WRV High School during basketball games. He served his country in The United States Air Force.
Surviving relatives include: one son, Myron Guy (Charina) of Lyons; sister, Ann Thompson (Robert) of Bedford; his grandchildren, Makayla Norman and Matthew Norman; three great grandchildren, Jasmine, Amelia and Sebastian and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Judith Ann Norman, two sons, James David Norman and Jeffrey Scott Norman, one brother, Bill Norman and his parents.
Graveside services will be conducted at 11:00 am on Friday, May 17, 2024 at Switz City cemetery. There will be no public visitation. Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield is in charge of arrangements.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Lyons Food Pantry.
