Dale Thomas of Bloomfield Indiana, our beloved son, brother, and father, returned to the kingdom of our Heavenly Father, in the afternoon of Tuesday February 6th, 2024. He passed peacefully at home. He was 62 years old.

Born October 15, 1961 in Price Utah, the son of Buck W. and Shanna Jane (Miller) Thomas. He was a lifelong member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. He dutifully served his mission in London England. Dale's testimony was that of uncompromising dedication to his family.

Dale was a man endowed with many talents which he exalted in the celebration of life. He loved acting, having roles in several theater productions including: Fiddler on the Roof, Scrooge, Joseph and the Technicolor Dreamcoat and My Time on Earth. He acted in independent film productions including: Snow Beast, Coin Jam (episode one), Diantha's Crossing, and Yankles. He was also involved in directing and writing.

Dale had a wonderful singing voice. He was a member of the Mormon Youth Symphony and Choir. He was a skilled pianist and played the trumpet.

A true and humble steward of earthly blessings, Dale loved farming, often selling produce at farmers markets. Last but not least, his served his community, achieving the rank of Eagle Scout and holding membership in the Order of the Arrow.

Surviving relatives include his wife, Deborah Thomas, his children, Christine Thomas, Jennifer Holcomb, Joshua Holcomb, Aaron (Ashley) Thomas, Heather Thomas, Ammon Thomas, Benjamin (Ashley Nichole) Thomas, Eliza Thomas, he has four grandchildren, Christopher, Analee, Mileena, Rhysand and, his four siblings, Juanelle, Dean, Matthew, Charlotte and his parents, Buck and Shanna Thomas.

Dale was preceded in death by a son, Joseph Thomas.

Visitation will be held on Thursday February 15, 2024 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Linton from 11 A.M. to 1 P.M.

Services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Thursday February 15, 2024 at the Church with Bishop Chad Wagner officiating. Burial will follow at Walnut Grove Cemetery in Bloomfield.
