Charles (Chuck) William Proctor, 53, of Bloomfield passed away on Saturday January 31, 2026 at his residence.

Chuck was born on October 13, 1972 in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, he was the proud son of Jerry Ellis Proctor and Edith Louise (Downs) Proctor Arnold.

Charles worked in construction at NWSC Crane, where he later moved to mechanic work and eventually retired.

In Chucks free time he enjoyed hunting, fishing, working on cars and spending time with his grandchildren.

Chucks surviving relatives include his children, Shelsey Proctor and Jordan Proctor; two sisters, Patty Peacock (Gerry)( and Kathy Proctor (Sonny); his grandchildren, Baillee Proctor and Arabella Stillwater; his mother, Edith Arnold and close family friend Mikayla McCoy.

He was preceded in death by his father, Jerry Proctor, his grandparents and his best friend, Clyde Williams.

There will be a Celebration of Life service at a later date.
