Charles Andrew Stuffle, 86, of Loogootee passed away at 1:55 A.M. Saturday at his residence.
Born December 29, 1921 in Daviess County, Indiana he was the son of Henry & Audrey (Greenwood) Stuffle.
Charles worked as an ordance supervisor at Crane for 35 years, he was retired. He attended the Hindostan United Methodist Church in Loogootee.
Surviving Relatives include his wife Mae E. (Boyd Hugunin) Stuffle of Loogootee. Children Sandy (Carl) Morgan of Indianapolis, Jenny (Jerry) Halderman of Loogootee, Mary beth Lagle of Loogootee, Sue Inman of Vincennes, Wayne (Vicki) Stuffle. Step-Children Bill (Barbara) Boyd of Loogootee, Linda (JD) Smith of Odon, Nancy (Ken) Smith of Las Cruces, Mexico. 1 Brother Max (Eleanor) Stuffle Bloomington. 11 Grandchildren, 12 Great Grandchildren, 5 Step-Grandchildren, & 4 Step Great Grandchildren
Charles was preceded in death by a sister Mona McCain, Brother Robert Stuffle. 1 Step-Son James Boyd, 1 Step-Grandson Gart Salmon.
There will be a Memorial Service announced at a later date. There will be no calling. Charles ashes will be buried at Newberry Cemetery.
