Charles Edward Dobson's Obituary
Charles Edward Dobson, 87, of Newberry passed away Thursday February 20, 2025 at Freelandville Community Home in Freelandville, Indiana.
Born March 7, 1937 in Greene County, Indiana the son of Henry Lester Dobson and Avis Mae (Bough) Dobson.
Charles was retired from GE.
Surviving relatives include his three daughters, Rita K. Gering, Nita Faye Scarff, Regina May Conard, one sister, Edna Louise Moody, one brother, Murl Dobson, six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
Charles was preceded in death by his wife Catherine Louise Dobson, one brother Harold Dobson and his parents.
Graveside services will be held on Tuesday February 25, 2025 at 1:00 P.M. at Walnut Grove Cemetery in Bloomfield.
